The Members of Pembroke County Cricket Club are pleased to congratulate one of the Counties own cricketing legends. Nic Evans has enjoyed playing cricket for nearly half a century, and has been a cricket coach serving Welsh Cricket for more than 40 years. As well as instigating Women’s cricket in the County in the 1980's, and was asked to set up a Wales Women's side. He is still the Coaching Regional Manager and oversees the managers and coaches in the various age groups, and President of the Pembroke Association of Cricket Coaches. Nic also serves on the Pembroke County Cricket Club Executive Committee. He has also toured on many occasions to places such as South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and the Caribbean. Nic lives for cricket and is never happier than either playing or talking cricket. In recognition of his achievements Nic has been the recipient of a number of prestigious awards;
